I've been using my cart from Feb 2023, so far my experience have been good only had a few hiccups with my first three packages being that I did not know abt the MCE#. Fwd to now, I did not change the address on my temu ACC and I've gotten abt a dozen packages from them without any issues in the past. Now I have to pay extra because the MCE# is the the wrong place and also my package had been delayed because of this ☹️ Anyhow big up Falmouth and Fair View customer service is TOP NOTCHED!

Best shipping company so far for my first time, I only had 1 package that came late from the time I have been with the but so all packages arrived at the right time and the only other problem is the APP!!! IS TERRIBLE sometimes I can't login in I have to use the website more while. Fix the app and guys are 100% in my book.

The app has a feature to connect with a live agent which NEVER works. Outside of calling them directly you cannot access much help with this as all you will get is auto-generated responses.
